Internal Sales Executive operating within TD SYNNEX’s SMB sales team, driving commercial opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, building relationships, and delivering results.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactively engage customers, including dedicated call out days, to drive activity and pipeline.
  • Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication.
  • Speak to customers on the telephone to understand their needs and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities and support account development.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales, Business Development Managers, and internal teams.
  • Manage pipelines, provide accurate quotations, and maintain CRM records.
  • Support customers with queries, backorders, and service expectations.
  • Promote TD SYNNEX’s value proposition and full portfolio of solutions.

What You'll Bring

  • 2‑3 years’ experience in a sales or customer‑facing role.
  • Confidence in speaking to customers on the telephone.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on identifying opportunities and driving results.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Growth mindset with willingness to learn and develop.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working cross‑functionally.
  • Interest in technology (helpful, but not essential).
