Internal Sales Executive operating within TD SYNNEX’s SMB sales team, driving commercial opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, building relationships, and delivering results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast paced environment.
- Proactively engage customers, including dedicated call out days, to drive activity and pipeline.
- Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication.
- Speak to customers on the telephone to understand their needs and business goals.
- Identify opportunities for growth and recommend tailored solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities and support account development.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets.
- Collaborate with Field Sales, Business Development Managers, and internal teams.
- Manage pipelines, provide accurate quotations, and maintain CRM records.
- Support customers with queries, backorders, and service expectations.
- Promote TD SYNNEX’s value proposition and full portfolio of solutions.
