Step into the welcoming world of Primrose Hill Farm – a community of 7 detached homes in the leafy suburb of Kings Norton, providing continuing care and support for 39 adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities. About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Home Manager to lead one of our homes. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care and compliance, and support your staff team to deliver outstanding care. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you'll help shape a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for Service Users.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations within agreed budgets and plans
* Manage staff rosters and delegate duties
* Oversee care plans, risk assessments, and compliance audits
* Conduct assessments for potential Service Users.
* Attend and contribute to key meetings (CPAs, safeguarding, placement reviews)
* Support, develop, and motivate staff teams
* Participate in HR processes and on-call rota as required
What We're Looking For
* Strong leader with excellent communication skills
* Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or challenging behaviours
* Proven management experience in health or social care
* Skilled in staff development, audits, and compliance
* Leader in Adult Care Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
