Salary: £100 – £135 per day (DOE)
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons across KS3 & KS4 when teachers are absent. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher – this is an excellent opportunity for graduates, teaching assistants, or professionals considering a career in education.
Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
Support pupils with learning tasks and engagement
Provide feedback to teaching staff
Candidate Profile:
Confident, adaptable, and resilient
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Previous school experience desirable but not essential
Ideal for graduates considering teacher training
