SF Partners are working with an amazing white collar business who are looking for a Talent and Development Partner/ Learning and Development Partner to drive learning, leadership, and career growth across the business. Youll use data and insight to identify capability gaps, design high:impact development programmes, and embed practical solutions that boost performance and engagement.
Location: Coventry
Hours: 37.5 per week : Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary GBP 40,000 per annum.
What Youll Do:
Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes.
Build clear career pathways for all levels of leadership.
Use data to prioritise initiatives and measure impact.
Support succession planning, coaching, and a culture of continuous learning.
Lead strategic use of the Apprenticeship Levy and enhance onboarding.
What Were Looking For:
Proven Learning and Development experience, including leadership programme design.
Skilled facilitator with senior stakeholder credibility.
Experience using data to shape priorities and demonstrate impact.
Knowledge of the UK Apprenticeship Levy.
CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent is desirable.
