What You’ll Be Doing: * Define and own the product roadmap for managed services within education. * Lead a team of Product Owners responsible for strategic functions across the service. * Champion product and service innovation by engaging directly with schools, trusts, and MATs. * Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring scalable solutions to life. * Define pricing models, service levels, and product positioning that keep IRIS ahead of the market.
