Class 1 HGV Driver Wanted - Join Our Client's Growing Team!
Location: West Bromwich - Will include travel to London and surrounding areas occasionally
Working Hours: Full-Time - Temporary to Permanent working 05:00AM - 16:00PM Monday to Thursday + 05:00AM - 15:00PM Fridays
Salary: £15.00 per hour
About the Role:
We're currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join our Client's dynamic transport team. You'll be responsible for delivering goods safely, efficiently, and on time, while representing our Client's company with professionalism and pride.
What You'll Do:
* Drive Class 1 vehicles to deliver goods across mainly West Midlands routes - you may also occasionally travel to London and surrounding areas
* Complete all paperwork and delivery logs accurately
* Perform daily vehicle checks and report defects
* Ensure loads are secured safely and comply with road safety regulations
* Provide excellent customer service on delivery
What We're Looking For:
Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
Minimum 12 months' experience preferred
Strong understanding of driver regulations and road safety
