Full job description
We are seeking someone with a strong background in operational management within social care, who understands how to use audits and self-assessments to evaluate and improve quality. You will be flexible, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively across the organisation.
While experience in delivering training in a health and social care setting is an ad-vantage, it is not essential we welcome experienced trainers from diverse sectors who bring creativity, confidence, and a passion for learning. Youll support staff development across multiple sites using a variety of teaching and learning approaches best suited to the needs of your learners.
Primarily based at our dedicated training centre in Carmarthen, there will be some multi-site working across our services. You will use varied training methods to engage active learners and promote continuous professional growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Providing high quality, engaging and informative training sessions both in the classroom and within our services.
Support the ongoing evaluation and review of the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Implementation of improvements based on findings in collaboration with Head of L&D.
