Supply Hive is partnering with a friendly and supportive primary school in High Wycombe that is looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join their team in the summer term. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone enthusiastic about education who enjoys working closely with children and supporting their development in a nurturing school environment. You will play a key role in assisting the teacher with day-to-day classroom activities and helping pupils reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects within the classroom. Preparing classroom materials and ensuring resources are ready for engaging lessons. Working alongside individuals and small groups to provide additional guidance and encouragement. Promoting positive behaviour and helping maintain a calm, focused learning atmosphere. Assisting with tracking pupil development and sharing feedback with the class teacher. Helping create an inclusive and stimulating environment where every child feels supported. Requirements: ✔ Experience in a primary school setting is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. ✔ Excellent communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork. ✔ A proactive, dependable individual who can take initiative when required. ✔ An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one). ✔ Right to work in the UK.
