From blank sheet to clinical reality, you will guide clients through the full development cycle – balancing technical, regulatory, and commercial challenges. Your leadership will accelerate development timelines, manage risk, and deliver results that delight clients and improve patient outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in developing innovative pharmaceutical drug delivery systems, from injectables and infusion pumps to microcatheters and active implants – systems that are not only technically ambitious, but commercially valuable and transformative for patients.
