We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and service.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with attention to detail and presentation.
* Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and responding to inquiries about menu items.
* Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper handling of glassware and utensils.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for both food and drinks.
* Support banquet and catering events by setting up bars, serving drinks, and maintaining inventory levels.
* Uphold fine dining standards in all interactions with guests while providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements
* Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with specific emphasis on fine dining experience.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
* Experience in serving, food preparation, and catering is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
* Previous experience as a barista or in hospitality roles will be considered an asset.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
