ROLE PURPOSE The FM Operations Team is going through an exciting transformation programme which has seen significant change in both structure and process as we mature our delivery model, we are now increasing compliance team by recruiting a FM Quality & Assurance Controller to support the development of our operating model. The role will support the FM Central Services team in ensuring that FM department operations adhere to relevant regulations, standards and internal policies and processes. Working alongside the Head of Technical Services and the FM Compliance Lead, the Quality & Assurance Controller will develop and manage compliance documentation, measure compliance through audits and inspections, and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to promote a culture of best practice. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Support the definition, development and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and guidance documents, in accordance with all relevant legislation and operational requirements Establish proactive relationships with the FM supply chain, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing respective action plans, where applicable Undertake routine analysis of supplier performance data in respect to planned preventative and reactive maintenance, prepare respective reports accordingly Assist with audits and inspections, ensuring that procured services are delivered compliantly, in accordance with contractual obligations, legal requirements and Arch Company policies Manage and maintain property compliance documents including maintenance records, certificates and risk assessments Engage with and provide support to customers regarding compliance requirements Contribute to the preparation and dissemination of reports in respect to compliance and performance metrics Collaborate with internal teams in respect to compliance initiatives Identify opportunities for improvements across the function, including the development of internal systems SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE Essential IOSH Managing Safely Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and applications including PowerBI, SharePoint Experience with Hard FM Services Proven experience measuring compliance through audits and inspections Familiarity with Quality Management Systems Desirable Level 4 qualification in Facilities Management or equivalent experience NEBOSH General Certificate Working knowledge of regulations and standards including asbestos BENEFITS PACKAGE Health & Wellbeing Perks: our comprehensive health package includes a healthcare cash plan, private medical insurance, dental cover, and access to a 24/7 remote GP.
