What Makes a Great Grayce Analyst:
* 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: A minimum 2:1 in a technical field like STEM. An MSc in data analysis/science is advantageous.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in software development, DevOps, and testing.
* Analytical Problem Solving: Ability to spot patterns and think creatively to dissect complex issues.
* Soft Skills: Effective communication, planning, organisation, stakeholder and time management skills.
