The role
As a Visual Commercial at Bershka, your purpose is clear: maximise sales through trend-led product presentation and commercial execution. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll translate product, data and trends into a shop floor that feels fresh, inspiring and customer-led.
This is a full-time role requiring full flexibility, including evenings and weekends.
What you’ll be doing
* Maximising sales through product display in line with company guidelines, using strong commercial awareness.
* Ensuring all new stock (clothing, shoes and accessories) is merchandised in line with company photos/guidelines, and in a timely way.
* Replenishing the shop floor throughout the day to maintain availability and impact.
* Increasing sales by displaying product in line with seasonal trends and customer needs.
* Supporting mannequin handling, styling and outfit building, keeping collections up to date and aligned to commercial priorities.
* Working with the Regional/Area team and store management to carry out regular floor moves as a day-to-day responsibility.
* Staying ahead of trends, colours, fashion and competitors, using that insight to drive sales through smart commercial actions.
* Demonstrating strong commercial analysis and reacting quickly to information (including ranking/KPI insight).
* Sharing product feedback with managers and relevant teams to support continuous improvement.
* Ensuring customers are acknowledged and receive quality service face-to-face or over the phone.
What you’ll bring (non-negotiables)
* Previous fashion retail experience.
* Strong commercial and KPI awareness—confident reacting to trading/ranking information to improve performance.
* Strong product focus—aware of shop floor and stockroom levels and how product flow impacts sales.
* Sharp trend and competitor awareness, using insight to keep presentation current and customer-led.
* Fast, accurate visual execution to guidelines/photographs, with high standards under pressure.
