About the Role:
The Development Technologist is responsible for product and technology developments, and for managing improvement projects for existing lines/products.
Responsibilities:
Drive product and technology development streams
Develop new ideas that fuel innovation pipelines
Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams providing leadership and guidance
Participate in product trials at customer facilities
Manage projects end-to-end and in close collaboration with Commercial and Supply Chain
