Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Education Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified education professionals across various institutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your relationship management and communication skills within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the organisation’s growth and success. The ideal applicant will have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and social media management to optimise recruitment strategies. Duties • Lead generation through multiple channels including social media, job boards, and networking events to attract suitable candidates. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with education professionals and client organisations to understand their staffing needs. • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various educational roles. • Utilise HRIS systems effectively to track applicant information, manage onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with organisational policies. • Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate smooth communication and candidate placement. • Manage social media accounts to promote vacancies and enhance employer branding within the education sector. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate pipelines for reporting purposes. Requirements • Proven experience in lead generation, relationship management, and utilisation of ATS or HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Salesforce. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients alike. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. • Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for talent attraction. • Familiarity with human resources practices within the education sector is desirable. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in sales or recruitment within the human resources or education sectors is advantageous.
