Your responsibilities will include: HR Systems Management : Maintaining the HRIS and Learning & Development system, troubleshooting issues, generating regular HR reports, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and data integrity standards. Payroll Coordination : Working closely with finance and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll. This includes managing data entry for starters, leavers, and changes, as well as responding to payroll-related queries. General HR Support : Assisting with onboarding and offboarding, supporting the wider HR team on projects, contributing to process improvements, and maintaining performance management records. The Person: Proven experience in HR system management and payroll coordination Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes. High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and experience with HR/Payroll software. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
