What you'll do
* Deliver high-quality catering services, ensuring all meals and breaks are prepared and served on time to agreed standards.
* Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards, including monitoring temperatures and following COSHH regulations.
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client and customer satisfaction.
* Manage stock efficiently, following FIFO procedures and ordering from approved suppliers.
* Support hospitality events from preparation to clear down, maintaining a high level of service throughout.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained, safe to use, and faults are promptly reported.
* Contribute to a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers.
What you\'ll bring
* Experience working within a catering team and knowledge of compliance standards.
* Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional approach.
* Understanding of food safety, health & safety practices, and allergy/dietary requirements.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Commitment to high standards of hygiene, appearance, and workplace cleanliness.
* A proactive and reliable approach to completing daily tasks and responsibilities.
* Willingness to attend training and continuously improve skills and performance.
Requirements
This role requires CTC security clearance, which will be completed after a successful recruitment process.
