You will support the delivery of our Corporate Services growth strategy through new business development and cross selling, providing thought leadership and guidance to operational teams while cultivating strong, strategic relationships with key and target clients. As the primary representative of the Corporate Services Business Development team, you’ll shape a robust sales pipeline through expert client insight and relationship management, setting new benchmarks for success across the industry.
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in selling and managing complex food and hard FM contracts, ensuring you can confidently develop solutions that draw upon the full range of Sodexo services.
What you’ll do:
* Lead business development to drive revenue growth and market expansion
* Build and nurture client relationships at a senior level
* Develop innovative, client-focused solutions aligned with Sodexo’s values
* Inspire, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams
* Drive the delivery of profitable new business opportunities and the rebid of existing contracts to meet sales objectives.
* Utilise financial modelling, competitive analysis, and innovative proposals to secure and grow business profitably
