We are seeking qualified town planners, ideally with RTPI membership or those eligible for/working towards joining the RTPI. Candidates should have a solid understanding of planning legislation, excellent communication skills, and experience managing workloads involving various application types. Previous experience working in a local authority planning department is beneficial. A minimum of 5 years' experience, including greenbelt and conservation work, is expected.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position with a 37-hour workweek, Monday to Friday. The role requires site visits, so a full current UK driving licence is essential. The role involves working two days in the office per week.
