- Develop and maintain Java-based microservices applications to support business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and deploy microservices architecture.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications through efficient coding and optimization.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development practices. Troubleshoot, debug and resolve production issues related to microservices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Java and microservices development.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable and secure microservices following best practices. Integrate microservices with databases, APIs and third‑party services.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop automated unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
