Overview
We are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our team in Aberdeen on a full time, permanent basis. In this role, you will strategically manage and develop all aspects of an MAN Branch, focusing on delivering excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency, to ensure profitability. Ensuring balance and consistent steering within these areas of responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Strategically manage and develop all aspects of an MAN Branch to deliver excellent customer service, parts sales and margin, workshop productivity and efficiency, ensuring profitability.
* Balance and steer performance across customer service, parts, workshop operations and financial metrics.
* Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues and customers while delivering high levels of customer service awareness.
* Promote learning, share ideas and information, and support the achievement of team objectives; reward staff appropriately.
Qualifications
* From an automotive background with a minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in retail sales and service at a senior level.
* Ideally have previous success in team management or supervision of at least 20 staff across several disciplines.
* Knowledge and understanding of the truck industry in terms of service, parts and parts sales is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow and standard business metrics.
