Role Responsibilities
* Develop and refine climate analysis tasks involving environmental databases, geophysical datasets, and climate model data.
* Create detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance in scientific and environmental data interpretation.
* Collaborate asynchronously with global experts to validate AI outputs in the context of real-world climate research.
* Design scenarios that test model understanding of environmental systems, data modeling, and predictive analysis.
Requirements
* PhD in Climate Science, Earth Science, Environmental Science, Geophysics, Atmospheric Science, or a related discipline from a top university in the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.
* Strong professional research experience in climate or environmental data analysis.
* Experience with environmental databases such as NOAA, EPA, EIA, USGS, or NASA Earth Data.
* Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to produce scientifically accurate content.
