Automation Engineer:
I am currently working with a client in Wiltshire looking for an automation engineer to join their team to help support operations and to improve output within registered manufacturing processes.
Main Duties:
Ensure activities meet standards for quality audits.
Monitor project status.
Project manage installation and commissioning of new equipment including steam systems, chillers and HVAC.
Develop and understand automation software on site particularly BMS, EMS and PLC.
Manage engineering contractors brought on site to support internal team and specialist installers, specifying required works, reviewing risk assessments method statements.
Ensuring that all interactions and engagements are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards.
Required skills:
Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Proficient levels of process control skills including – PLC (AB Rockwell and siemens), MS office suite, CAD etc.
