* Mon to Fri - standard hours

Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit a Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality professional to join our flagship Account for a Global Corporate and Retail Banking client. This is a brand new role, identified to bring extra capability to the team.
Here, working within the Building works Projects team you will, play a key part in ensuring the compliance of Project work, focusing on documentation and best Health and Safety practice.
These projects vary in size, cost and complexity, falling from car park re-decorations and repairs to new lifts and building control systems
They range across the client's UK corporate estate, nominally, Northampton, London, Gloucester, Cheshire and Glasgow, all sites being large and complex facilities with a range of competing stakeholder interests
Working with the project management team, suppliers and end client you will play a key role in a growing project function embedded within the largest UK Account for a renowned multi national leader in the built environment space.
Actions will include:
* Support, coach and mentor the UK Projects and MAC (Moves and Changes) teams and provide competent HSEQ advice
* Collation, analysis and dissemination of HSEQ performance within all activity
* Ensure the UK Integrated Management System is always promoted and adhered to.
* Ensure compliance with the certified Integrated Management System (IMS)
* Implement and monitor an internal audit programme
* Collaborate and integrate with the central HSEQ team.
* Promote and control incident management for company and Sub-contractor incidents
* Close communication through site visits and audit activities, to maintain awareness of service delivery requirements and HSEQ delivery, providing advice to the UK Projects and MAC teams
We need from you:
* Strong understanding of and experience as a Compliance Operative within FM or construction including Construction Phase Plans, CDM Duties, PD & PC roles and responsibilities
* NEBOSH General Certificate or NEBOSH Safety Management in Construction, NVQ Level 5 or equivalent higher qualification
