We are seeking a skilled and experienced Support & Implementation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role working alongside our technical team. As a Support & Implementation Engineer, you will be tasked with deploying, configuring and integrating our OpSuite POS software solutions for clients who are based all over the UK.
What you'll be doing:
* Epos hardware setup and on-site implementation
* Internal IT support
* Conduct tests to ensure software systems are operating as expected
* 1st and 2nd line technical support help desk
* Image deployment: Deploy Windows OS images using tools like FOG
* Collaboration: Work closely with our customer base to ensure a smooth deployment of our OpSuite POS solution
* This role requires travel between sites across the UK
What we're looking for:
* Experience working with Microsoft Windows platforms
* Experience with Microsoft Windows SQL
* Good understanding of network switches & routers
* Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Hardware assembly & implementation experience (we can teach Epos)
* Highly organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
