Main Tasks and responsibilities Helping guests and creating positive experiences Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely Supervise accurate and efficient reception operations including check in/out procedures Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the reception with an emphasis on training and teamwork Ensure Team Members have updated knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general Marriott product knowledge necessary to perform their duties Follow Moxy Marriott brand standards Together with the team enroll new members for Marriott Bonvoy (loyalty program) Ensure Marriott Metrics are met and exceeded Although emphasis is on front office the role also includes F&B operation Were looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things: Have high energy and a fearless do-it-yourself attitude Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests Skilled multi tasker who can balance hard work with great service Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus!)
