Support Workers required Children's Home in Swanley Kent BR8
We are looking for passionate Support Workers looking for their next challenge.
Our homes are 4 Bedroomed and supports 10-17 year olds with EBD and challenging behaviours. Progression will be encouraged and investment in training is guaranteed to produce the dream team. Working in our homes will introduce you to a great workspace and ethos.

Support Worker Requirements
Please note applicants MUST meet the following requirements;
* Able to work Full time
* A full UK driving license
* Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship)
* NVQ level 3 in children’s and young people's workforce (Preferred)
* An understanding that this role will require to undertake Enhanced DBS checks
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
* Experience working and supporting 8-18 year old with EBD & challenging behaviour
Senior Support Worker Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience working with Children or Young People (Minimum of 2 year)
* At least 1 year leading and supervising staff
* NVQ level 3 in children’s and young people's workforce ( Essential)
* Enhanced DBS.
* Driver
Support Worker and Senior Support Worker rates
* Support Worker £12.94-£13.94 per hour £60 sleeps
* Senior Support Worker £14.44 - £15.19 per hour plus £60 sleeps
* Waking night shifts £14.19 - £14.69
* 40 hours per week on a working rota
