Paint Technician
Location: Bellshill

We are looking for an experienced Paint Technician to join our Bellshill team and help deliver high-quality paint finishes that restore both vehicles and customer confidence.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, prime, and paint vehicles to a high standard using approved methods and materials
* Carry out paint repairs accurately, efficiently, and with attention to detail
* Ensure smooth, flawless finishes that meet manufacturer and internal quality standards
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Work closely with the workshop team to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Paint Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
* Strong understanding of modern paint systems, repair techniques, and colour matching
* ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve is desirable
* Passion for quality work and pride in delivering excellent results
* Team player who acts with integrity and takes ownership of their work
