What’s on offer: * Up to £65,000 + performance-related bonuses * Small, nurturing homes (2 bed and 3 bed) with therapeutic support * Strong senior management support and real autonomy * Interviews next week – fast-track process for the right candidate Essential Requirements (Ofsted Compliant): * Hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) (or be currently working towards it with evidence) * Minimum 2 years’ experience working in children’s residential care within the last 5 years * At least 1 year in a role supervising or managing staff in a care setting * Able to pass Ofsted’s ‘fit person’ assessment, including interview, DBS, references, and health checks * Strong understanding of safeguarding, Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, and Quality Standard.
