Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of family law matters, including care proceedings and divorce
* Providing clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice to clients
* Representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings where required
* Maintaining high standards of client care and professionalism
* Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor
* Experience in care and/or divorce work
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and ambitious approach to career development
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
