They are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to take full ownership of the ServiceNow platform, defining and delivering the platform strategy while ensuring it supports business growth across the organisation. This is a senior role with responsibility for strategy, governance, financial management (P&L), vendor management, and the establishment of a ServiceNow Centre of Excellence (CoE).
