Shape the Future of Customer Engagement
As the Director, Head of Lead Acquisition, you are the architect of Evotec’s global customer engagement strategy. This is not just a leadership role—it’s a mission-critical position that drives how we connect with outside. You will lead a high-performing global team, ensuring every customer inquiry becomes an opportunity for impact. From optimizing digital commerce platforms to orchestrating strategic outreach initiatives, your work will define how Evotec is experienced across every touchpoint.

You will own the global inquiry ecosystem, setting standards for speed, accuracy, and professionalism while championing innovation and continuous improvement. Beyond operational excellence, you will support global campaigns and events, aligning them with commercial objectives to amplify Evotec’s visibility and position us as a top-tier partner in life sciences. Your leadership will foster trust, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

Global Inquiry & Communication Leadership

1. Drive customer engagement by overseeing and optimizing worldwide inquiry routing for timely, accurate, and meaningful responses.

2. Establish and enforce global communication protocols that ensure consistency, efficiency, and proactive engagement.

3. Lead qualification and monitoring processes, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement.

4. Define and track KPIs to measure impact, optimize performance, and fuel business growth.

Digital Commerce & Campaign Strategy

5. Own global commerce inquiry management and ensure seamless integration with organizational processes.

6. Partner with marketing and commercial teams to design and execute digital engagement strategies that convert interest into action.

7. Support global campaigns through centralized list generation, outreach tools, and analytics.

Event & Strategic Outreach Leadership

8. Deliver world-class global event support—from planning and sales coordination to post-event reporting and follow-up.

9. Manage and optimize strategic lists (venture capital contacts, key stakeholders) to enable targeted outreach.

10. Ensure data accuracy and actionable insights through robust analytics and database management.

11. Proven expertise in global communication workflows, CRM systems, and inquiry management.

12. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing technologies, and business intelligence tools.

13. Experience leading global teams and managing complex, cross-functional projects.

14. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills—you influence at every level.

15. Ability to implement scalable processes and drive adoption across diverse teams.

Requirements

19. 3+ years of experience in global communication management, outreach operations, or commercial leadership roles.

20. Understanding of Evotec capabilities and end-to-end offerings

21. Science degree

22. Fluent in English.
