Sales & Marketing Team Assistant |Pharmaceutical Sector | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote) | High Wycombe |£40,000–£45,000 DOE | Permanent
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to a dynamic Sales & Marketing team within a leading pharmaceutical organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is looking to contribute within a collaborative, people-focused culture.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential. An understanding of, or exposure to, the product lifecycle, particularly the process of bringing a product to market, is required to succeed in this role.
You'll be the main administrative assistant for a small Sales & Marketing Team. The role consists of very light touch diary, managing meeting logistics, handle travel arrangements and provide seamless day-to-day admin support.
This role demands excellent communication, a passion for being a 'lynchpin', first-class organisation and strong attention to detail. A confident, calm approach, paired with emotional intelligence and a can-do mindset, will see you thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support across Sales & Marketing team
* Manage team inbox and monitor deadlines
* Maintain SharePoint documents and support project coordination
* Liaise with stakeholders and Health Care Professionals with professionalism and discretion
* Contribute to team processes and recommend improvements
About You:
* Pharmaceutical industry experience essential (including governance and compliance awareness)
* Confident multitasker with excellent written and verbal communication
* Approaches work with care, curiosity and accountability - you'll be a key member of the team and relied upon to do what you do best
* Comfortable navigating shifting priorities with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
Remuneration Package:
* Hybrid working (up to 3 days in office, High Wycombe)
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
