We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic Retail Projects Team.
Are you a creative, organized professional with experience in retail or campaign execution?
You will support mobile experience retail projects, delivering innovative retail solutions. Your role will involve driving solutions from brief to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
What You’ll Be Up To
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
* Assist throughout the project lifecycle from briefing to execution, witnessing creative ideas come to life across retail channels.
* Lead and execute smaller projects once confident with understanding the business.
* Think innovatively, identify new opportunities, and uphold best practices and ETHIC values.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Manage relationships with external stakeholders (marketing agencies, venues, partners) and internal teams.
* Support business leaders in building project cases, including ROI analysis.
* Coordinate with suppliers to design and deliver projects from concept to completion.
PROCESS COMPLIANCE
* Manage multiple complex activities simultaneously.
* Ensure all creative assets and artwork are processed with stakeholders and through portals.
* Assist in preparing project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
* Monitor project ROI and performance.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
* Build effective cross-departmental relationships to facilitate delivery.
* Update senior leadership on project progress and risks.
* Meet with external suppliers and stakeholders as needed.
