Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to sales, execution, installations, and communication.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers.
* Resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, accurately, and promptly, in accordance with consumer laws.
* Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders.
* Monitor and track lead times, order and production status, and keep customers informed.
* Provide status updates upon request.
* Contribute to the development of improvement plans based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer support within a manufacturing environment; oil and gas experience is a plus.
* Excellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
* Track record of meeting targets and deadlines, with the ability to work under pressure.
* Detail-oriented, comfortable working with figures, calculations, and technical drawings.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is desirable.
* Experience with SAP is desirable.
