Part-Time New Homes Sales Consultant- Banstead
* Banstead, Surrey (SM7)
* £15.00 per hour + holiday pay (£15,000 pro rata)
* Ongoing role | 2-3 days per week
Looking for a flexible, part-time role in property where you can build experience in new homes sales while working on a beautifully presented development?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy new homes showroom in Banstead, supporting the sales team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Whether you're already in estate agency / new homes or looking to step into the sector, this role offers consistency, training, and exposure to a high-quality development.
What you'll be doing:
* Welcoming and registering visitors to the sales suite.
* Supporting property viewings and showcasing the development.
* Handling enquiries and assisting with the buyer journey.
* Maintaining presentation of the showroom to a high standard.
* Supporting the wider sales team with admin and customer care.
