Mobile Multi-skilled Engineers - AC & Electrical biased, Ashford

We are seeking experienced Mobile Multi-skilled Engineers with a bias in AC & Electrical work to serve various Mitie clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining air conditioning systems, UPS, generators, electrical work, and general building services. You will carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance, act as the site lead on air conditioning, and perform diagnostic checks and fault finding.
You should be able to effectively prioritize your workload, undertake general maintenance tasks, and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota. Accurate and timely completion of work documentation is essential.
Applicants must have knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, possess a proactive approach, and be physically capable of performing the duties. A full UK driving license is required. The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration, 18th Edition, and C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations. Knowledge of Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working is also necessary.
