Job Title: Programme Manager
Location: Mayfair, City of Westminster
Remuneration: £30 - £35 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Details: Temporary 1st Sept 2025 until 3rd April 2026
Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive talent product experiences that cater to the evolving needs of employees, managers, and HR professionals.
Implement and manage feedback loops to gather insights from end-users and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Create intuitive and engaging user experiences for various talent management tools and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of talent products within existing HR systems.
Analyse user data and feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements.
Design both cyclical (e.g., annual performance reviews) and non-cyclical (e.g., Coaching or Assessments) talent management solutions.
Develop product activation strategies to ensure effective adoption and utilisation across all client groups.
Create clear and compelling product documentation, including user guides and training materials.
Support the creation of business insights (e.g., People Survey, Onboarding).
Stay current with industry trends and best practises in talent management and product design.
Present design concepts and product roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Design and deliver training to diverse stakeholder groups, including HR, Managers, and Employees.Required Qualifications:
Experience in talent management, product design, or related roles.
Proficiency in product design methods.
Experience with user research and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management and organisational abilities.
Experience working in a matrix organisation.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
Familiarity with HR technology platforms and integration.
