* Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare * Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework * Supports childrens personal, social, and emotional development effectively * Works inclusively to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL * Communicates professionally and positively with parents and carers * Committed to a long-term position and becoming part of the nursery team * Reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about early years education
