Overview

Make an Impact at RSM UK. This role will form part of a team of Project Managers and Coordinators responsible for implementing and managing multi-country, multi-service outsourcing engagements. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support Engagement Managers with the day-to-day coordination of a portfolio of multiple concurrent global engagements, proposals and related activities. This is a fast-growing business which is expanding rapidly and is a core component of the firm’s global growth strategy.


Responsibilities

* Owning a portfolio of international clients and managing relationships with key stakeholders
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new service opportunities
* Taking ownership of global price gathering, proposal documentation, and pitch support during new client tenders
* Proactively resolving issues and escalating significant client or internal matters with a recommended course of action
* Coaching the coordinator teams working on your clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
