Head of Digital and Performance Marketing

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to drive digital growth and performance marketing across our hospitality portfolio. The successful candidate will lead multi-channel digital strategies, oversee paid and organic acquisition, and maximise ROI while delivering exceptional guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across paid search, social, display, programmatic, SEO, email, and CRM.
* Lead performance driven campaigns to grow bookings, brand awareness, and guest loyalty.
* Optimise media budgets to maximise ROAS and channel performance.
* Oversee website optimisation (CRO) and digital guest journey enhancements.
* Partner with revenue management, sales, and operations to align strategies with business goals.
* Apply analytics and attribution models to track KPIs and inform future strategies.
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team and agency partners.
Experience:
* 7–10 years in digital and performance marketing (hospitality, travel, lifestyle preferred).
* Proven track record of delivering growth in direct bookings & brand visibility.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, SEO.
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
* Experience managing teams and external partners.
* Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.
