An expanding UK-wide company is offering a fabulous new opportunity for a customer-focused candidate to join one of their business centres near Farnborough. The role will support the Business Centre Manager in revenue generation, client retention, customer service excellence, and ensuring compliance with H&S and operational standards.
The position offers variety and involves welcoming visitors and suppliers, managing deliveries, and answering calls. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the reception area, looking after building facilities, and addressing client queries or complaints politely and efficiently. Additionally, you will assist with invoicing, credit control, managing supplier relationships, and occasionally representing the business at networking events and within the local business community to generate leads and referrals.
A flexible, proactive character is essential, as changing demands require adaptability and prioritization skills.
