It is at a sous chef level but is running the kitchen side. £34k, mon-fri, good work life balance. The role
As a Kitchen manager you will run the kitchen, you will ensure the team of 6 runs smoothly and that the standards in the kitchen run smoothly. This role will include all the standard kitchen manager / head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a kitchen manager or sous chef with a fresh food background at a kitchen manager or sous chef level, the food standards are good at this unit, it is not your standard office catering - it is fresh food and a good level.
