£14.74 per hour | Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to progress their career with a company offering a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
The Role:
- Leading and motivating a warehouse team to achieve daily targets
- Supervising goods in, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
- Monitoring productivity and ensuring KPI targets are met
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Conducting team briefings and supporting staff development
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Reporting directly to warehouse management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience using warehouse management systems is advantageous
- A hands-on approach with a positive attitude
