Your key responsibilities will include
* Planning and scheduling planned maintenance work orders, and preparing full work packages including labour, spare parts, tools and Control of Work requirements (permits, risk assessments, LOTO)
* Acting as the site CMMS (SAP PM) super‑user, maintaining master data and supporting pilot projects and user upskilling
* Coordinating deferred corrective maintenance and supporting improvement projects across Maintenance & Utilities
* Developing standard work instructions and procedures, and facilitating data analysis sessions to provide insights to the M&E leadership team and LCO Core team
* Supporting the MRO Coordinator in optimising spare‑part utilisation and contributing to M&E financial processes
This role sits within the Maintenance & Engineering team at Taw Valley Creamery.
You’ll bring strong technical capability, a structured mindset and the ability to work confidently with data, systems and cross‑functional teams. You’ll be comfortable working within established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve them. To succeed in this role, you will have a strong technical education in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 5+ years’ experience in maintenance and repair processes within a manufacturing or industrial environment. You’ll have experience with SAP PM or similar CMMS platforms and a passion for digital tools and data‑driven decision‑making. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement and a collaborative mindset are essential.

The site processes around 1.2 million litres of milk every day, producing over 100 tonnes of award‑winning cheeses including BOB and Castello Tickler, as well as butter and whey powder.
