Position: Invoice Query Administrator Contract Type: Permanent – 37.5 hours Location: Slough Shift: Mon - Fri Join the UK’s premier parcel delivery company What you’ll do: We are currently hiring for an Invoice Query Administrator based in Slough on a hybrid working basis (3 days working from home – after probation period) Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. The invoice Query Administrator is responsible for logging, investigating & resolving customer invoice queries. Key Role Responsibilities: Input customer invoice queries received by telephone or in writing Investigate queries, calculate any credit due and recommend credit value where necessary, in particular specific credit reasons Work within specified timescales for resolution of Invoice Queries within allocated locations To assist outside of allocated locations as required.
