Job Title: Operations & Production Coordinator
Location: In-person across sites & events (with up to 1 day per week WFH)
Hours: Full-time, 20 hours per week (flexible, including weekends)
We are looking for a passionate, highly motivated, reliable, and adaptable Operations & Production Coordinator to support our growing group of businesses:
* Vintrobar (mobile bars & events)
* Phure Liquors (distillery & manufacturing)
* Lizard Lane Coffee (coffee roasting & sales)
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you might be distilling gin or roasting coffee, the next you could be setting up a festival bar or attending an artisan market. Flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get stuck in are essential. Experience in the hospitality industry would be preferable, A basic knowledge of the alcohol industry would also be good, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Manufacturing
* Assisting in the manufacture of gin, vodka, rum, and roasted coffee
* Operating machinery (full training provided)
* Packaging, labelling, dating, and preparing products for sale
* Stock management, stock takes, and general production administration
Events, Logistics & Sales
* Loading and unloading vans and trailers
* Setting up, running, and breaking down mobile bar events
* Working festivals, artisan markets, and pop-up events
* Cocktail bartending and serving drinks at events
* General sales across the distillery, coffee, and bar operations
* Cleaning and maintaining the mobile bar trailer and equipment
* Travelling to and from events, including overnight stays when required
Administration & Marketing
* Processing and posting orders
* Communicating with wholesale and retail customers
* Basic website maintenance (e.g. adding new products)
* Supporting social media and marketing activity
* General day-to-day business administration
Development
* After an initial training period, there will be opportunities to assist with new product development across the businesses
Essential Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (ideally clean or with minimal points)
* Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
* Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
* Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
* Experience driving vans or towing a trailer
* Background in events, hospitality, manufacturing, or production
* Interest or experience in social media and marketing
