🧭 The Opportunity: Lead a High-Impact Division
As Divisional Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading and expanding our Council/PRG recruitment offering across the UK

Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters (with immediate headcount to grow)
*
Personally billing and winning new business in line with our ethical and purpose-driven values
*
Building a high-performing team culture rooted in delivery, collaboration and impact

Experienced public sector recruiter, with a track record in local authority, housing, not-for-profit, or regulated markets

Proven biller and team leader — someone who leads by example and knows how to build teams that deliver
