You should have experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., GitLab or similar). Proven coding skills in JavaScript are essential, along with the ability to develop reusable functions that support teams in their automation development. I expect you to have a proven ability to coach and develop multidisciplinary teams, manage performance, and build a collaborative high-performing environment aligned with organizational goals. Experience using SmartBear's TestComplete or similar UI-based tools (e.g., UFT One, Tosca, etc.) and Selenium is necessary to build and deliver comprehensive, robust, and reliable automated test frameworks and automation suites. Responsibilities: In your role as a Senior Test Engineer, you will drive automation testing across key digital services at DWP. You will work collaboratively with multiple teams to build frameworks, share best practices, and provide mentoring.
