Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Provide administrative and coordination support for IT projects, ensuring tasks are tracked and deadlines met.
* Assist with project documentation, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
* Support the IT Manager in managing project timelines, budgets, and communications.
* Help with testing, implementation, and troubleshooting of new systems and upgrades.
* Maintain and update IT documentation including system configurations and process guides.
* Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and support system improvements.
* Assist in researching new technologies and tools to improve efficiency across the organisation.
* Provide basic technical support to operational teams and escalate issues as needed.
* Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
Key Skills & Attributes:
* 1–2 years' experience in an IT support, operations, or coordination role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic IT environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
* Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
* Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
* Interest in AI, automation, or digital transformation.
* Project management or business analysis certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile Fundamentals).
* Experience in the not-for-profit or public sector.
